• The garden is fully fenced with electric entry gates and enjoys the use of a tennis court less than 100 metres from the villa.
• There is also a front sun terrace with a BBQ and outside furniture.
• There are outside lights around the pool and within it.
• The pool varies in depth from 1 m to 1.8 m deep and is accessed through secure steps into the shallow end.
• The attractive garden is mature, regularly maintained with an automatic water irrigation system and includes some substantial “Birds of Paradise” plants.
• Adequate loungers and outside furniture to support at least 8 people are provided, the pool is regularly maintained, and the carport provides shelter if a vehicle is hired.
• Maid service twice a week.
